The famous book from Dale Carnegie, a must read if you want to increase the effectiveness of your talks, practical examples included even if they are a bit outdated (the book has been on print for more than 70 years…).

This book will teach you philosophy, management and good business manners, answering the question “how to”, and giving numerous examples. Interesting reading as well if you like history.

Personally it reminds me a bit the book “the Art of War” from Sun Tzu.
